Emanuel Peterson executes complex data analysis and provides project management and community outreach support to city, county, and special district clients on local policy and funding projects. Mr. Peterson has served as the day-to-day project manager on several Proposition 218-compliant funding measures for reclamation districts in the Central Valley. Previously, Mr. Peterson provided project management and community outreach services in support of water quality management for non-profits: The Watershed Project and The California Urban Streams Partnership. Mr. Peterson earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from Cal State East Bay in Hayward, CA.
